Once again, I'm a little late this week, but better late than never!
This flamingo has certainly "adapted" to the tropical climate. Plus, flamingos are very adaptable birds with their unique beaks that filter food from the water and their long legs that allow them to stand in deep water. This particular flamingo is drinking a strawberry daiquiri (yum!) and enjoying some rays. I'm really looking forward to going to the beach this summer, so perhaps that is part of the reason I drew this.

I love how the pinks all match each other, from the flowers to the bird, to the daiquiri (I agree, YUM!). This looks like a lovely place! The colors are so vibrant and tropical!
